Sprecher East is one of the newest neighborhoods on the far east side of Madison. It is bounded by interstate 94 to the north, Door Creek Park to the east, Sprecher Road to the west, and Cottage Grove Road to the south, excluding a rectangular parcel east of the homes on High Cliff Trail and east of the Door Creek Apartments as defined by the official map provided by the City of Madison.
Neighborhood
The Sprecher East neighborhood includes the Meadowlands, Door Creek, and Reston Heights subdivisions. It is not associated with any of the Homeowners' Association or Condo Associations it encompasses or borders.
Association
Established in 2006, the purpose of the Sprecher East Neighborhood Association (SENA) is to represent the neighborhood's interests and provide a social outlet for neighbors. Any resident within the neighborhood boundaries may be a member and membership is always optional.
