Who are we? The Sprecher East Neighborhood Association located on Madison Wisconsin's far east side and includes the neighbors in the Door Creek and Reston Heights subdivision. The purpose of the neighborhood association is to represent the neighborhood's interests to location government offices and provide a social outlet for the neighbors. Any resident within the neighborhood boundaries may be a member and membership is always optional.

The Sprecher East Neighborhood Association (SENA) is not associated with any of the Homeowners' Association or Condo Associations it encompasses or borders. For further information on the homeowners association, see HOA Info and Docs.

Our fiscal year is April-March. Dues are $20 and include free or reduced costs access to all neighborhood association activities. To join or renew your membership, click on "Membership Form" in the left navigation form.

The Sprecher East Neighborhood Association now provides a free classified ad service for website users! Neighbors may register on the website regardless of membership in the Association.

Ads will be posted on the website and accessible to anyone who browses the site by clicking Classified Ads on the gold navigation bar. Ad will run for 30 days and are limited to 500 characters. When you submit an ad it must be first be approved before it is published. This will usually happen within 24 hours and is in place to make sure "test ads" aren't published.

To place an ad, first made sure you are logged in and then click on Create Content in the green box on the left.

Welcome to the new Sprecher East Neighborhood Association webpage! We have a lot of great thing planned for this webpage including a method for reporting incidences in the neighborhood anonymously, sharing recommendations for contractor and signing up for events!
