On 4/8, at 11:20 pm, officers received a complaint of several juveniles toilet papering a house on Mill Bluff Dr. The four boys, ages 11-12, were eventually located. They had toilet papered 7 houses. All parties agreed that the boys would not be charged if they cleaned up the toilet paper at all of the houses. The boys readily agreed. Their parents were warned in regard to curfew violations.
